Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel our gig at Dockville Festival in Germany on August 13th. We’re gutted and sorry if anyone was looking forward to seeing us there, but we promise to play a few dates around Germany in October.

We just got back from Glastonbury and it was amazing. We had such a good time and for once not a spot of rain. Heres a few photos from backstage on the day.

We played the BBC Introducing stage and they very kindly filmed our set, most of which you can watch just below, which also means a first listen to one of our live favourites “Blood Lust”.
You can check out 3 of our songs here at the BBC website

Class tune and video by Cameo. Sorry about the poor quality and early cut, I couldn’t find a better version.

We were very happy to hear that we’d been shortlisted by a panel of esteemed musicians, experts and journos to play at this year’s LOVEBOX festival. The line-up is one of the best of the upcoming festival season, including Dizzee Rascal, Hot Chip, O Children, Horse Meat Disco, Chromeo, ROXY MUSIC, and GRACE JONES! We’ve got the chance to share a stage with the greats and put on one hell of a show in London, opening the main stage on the Friday of the festival… However…
Even the panel’s infinite wisdom and our sheer determination means nothing without the public support. Who do you want to see play alongside an already killer line-up?
We need everyone to take a few moments of time to log onto their facebook accounts and cast their votes for the band they most want to see playing at what promises to be an unforgettable weekend.
You can do it very easily but logging in and following this link:
Vote for MAY68 and we promise to kick-start your weekend and bring an end to your boredom (well for 3 days at least).
Go forth,
Make your vote count,
Make your voices heard and we will make sure you hear us return the favour very, VERY loud.
Love,
MAY68

This summer sees us getting out of the city and getting messy in a field, Worthy Farm in Glastonbury to be precise. We’ve all been big fans of the festival for the last few years so getting a chance to play is unreal.
We’re playing on saturday night at 7pm on the BBC Introducing stage, catch us on BBC Radio Manchester chatting about it all this Sunday.
Join us on Twitter to keep up to date with our Festival fun.
